The actors, writers and directors of The Killing Kompany have been consulting corporations, and have been in the interactive theatre business, for over 21 years. The Business Theater division of The Killing Kompany is headed by JON AVNER, who has authored dozens and dozens of private productions for corporations and other organizations around the world and, for over 25 years, has consulted hundreds of private and public companies. A member of The Dramatists Guild, his theatrical works have not only appeared on stages across the country, but he is a professional actor, writer and producer, a member of the Screen Actors Guild, Actors Equity Association, and the American Federation of Television & Radio Artists. One of the leading actors in interactive audience participation shows and a member of the world famous Actors Studio, he has appeared regionally and Off-Broadway at such theaters as Jewish Repertory Theatre, American Stage Company, Crossroads Theater, L-A Public Theater, Porthouse Theater, among others; in such films as QUALITY OF MERCY, DIRT, GIRL IN THE WATERMELON, BIOHAZARDOUS, in such televisions shows as GUIDING LIGHT, AS THE WORLD TURNS, as well as being a regular on Sci Fi Channel’s FTL NEWSFEED, and in numerous commercials, radio and print. As a producer, his works have included productions at the DALLAS THEATRE CENTER and STAGE ARTS THEATRE and he is the producer of New York’s leading audience participation theatre group THE KILLING KOMPANY.
